VISITOR’S REMINDER
• Thank you for visiting our spa and sauna centre. Clients are expected and always welcome at the complex of Viimsi Tevis SPA Hotel. We expect respectful attitude from you towards our attendants as well as other clients sharing the spa atmosphere with you.
• By buying a ticket to the sauna centre you confirm that your abilities and health condition allow you to use our various pools and saunas.
• Bathrobes can be borrowed from the administrator of the recreational centre.
• You will be comfortable in the sauna centre wearing a bathrobe, swimsuit and light beach footwear.
• In order to value the time spent together, we have created saunas where men and women can go together. In order to avoid unpleasant experiences, it is compulsory to wear swimsuits in saunas.
• We kindly ask you to use special sitting mats intended for this purpose for sitting on sauna platforms.
• You are sure to feel fresher if you take a good shower after sweating in the sauna. It is compulsory to bathe before using the swimming pool! Please follow hygiene requirements.
• Wet floor is slippery! Attention! It is dangerous to run on it! Please walk calmly in the premises of the sauna centre and in the swimming pool, this way you will avoid slipping and injuries.
• We kindly ask you to keep an eye on your children and their doings in the sauna centre. Too much freedom may be unsafe for the children as well as disturbing for other clients.
• We would like children under 12 years of age only visit our swimming pool and sauna centre in the company of an adult.
• Smoking is prohibited in the premises of Viimsi Tervis SPA Hotel. There is a smoking room in the ground floor foyer.
• We are expecting prudent attitude towards the surrounding environment from you. If a visitor intentionally damages the inventory of the centre, he or she is obliged to compensate for the damage in full extent.
• Keep the key to your locker carefully, you will have to pay a compensation of 13.00 € in case of losing it. Inform the administrator or instructor on duty immediately of losing the key. Administration is not responsible for the items left in the locker in case of losing the key to the locker.
• It is not permitted to bring along and consume your own alcoholic beverages and food in the premises of the centre. We have opened a lobby bar in the sauna centre where you can enjoy various refreshing cocktails and light snacks.
• Viimsi Tervis SPA Hotel is not responsible for the personal assets, possible falling ill or any accidents of members which are caused by the actions of the member himself/herself or force majeure.
• It is compulsory to obey the personnel of the centre in the sauna centre.

CLUB CARD OWNER’S REMINDER
• The regular customer card or club card of Viimsi Tervis SPA Hotel must be shown to the administrator before making a purchase.
• Club card benefits only apply personally to the member of the club unless the club has announced additional benefits to the company of club members.
• Inform an administrator of the club of losing the club card. The new club card is issued for a fee and it costs 7 euros.
• In case of doubt, an employee of the club has the right to ask for an identity document to determine the right owner of the card.
• Club members are expected to keep the premises of the club clean and act politely. In the case of a club member failing to follow the rules of conduct or acting pejoratively towards the club, a club card of Viimsi Tervis SPA Hotel can be closed for a certain period or cancelled. No prepayments are refunded in such cases.
• In case of delays in any payments related to using the services of the club, the management of the club may deem the club member’s status terminated. In exceptional cases it is possible to make a special agreement concerning terms of payment.
